My Story

Let me start with a HUGE THANK YOU for taking the time to not just read, but learn about me, my past, present and hopefully my future.

I'm an average guy that decided to go after what I wanted, but not before I paid "many prices" in different areas of my life.

I served in the Armed Forces (Army) and was proud to do so. What I learned and took from my Military experience is something a small % of the population has the honor to do. It was a Privilege to serve.

But just like many of my fellow Troops and Soldiers, the road back to "Real Life" wasn't exactly a smooth transition.

I felt unaccepted and that led to a deep and dark depression which in turn put me in a tailspin with my life.

Drugs & Alcohol entered into my life and sunk its teeth in and didn't let go for a period of time.

But I knew it was up to me to take control of my life and do better, be better and have better...

Huge weight gain was next up on the "life list" to happen and as you could imagine that led to additional health issues, as if I didn't have enough problems (self-inflicted) already. But again, it was time to pull myself up (literally) by my bootstraps and get back on track.

And that's where I am today. I am proud to say I have been sober for more than 7 years and helping people, giving back has become my daily life's work. I wake up every day thinking to myself, "who's life can I impact today" even if on a very small level.

There are many people who "talk the talk", but I really hope you can see and maybe even "feel" my transformation so I do feel qualified when it comes to assisting people in getting back on the right track. I have lost more than 100lbs from when I was at my worst, to know looking and feeling better than I did when I was in the Military!

My genuine concern for other's well-being is now my "drug of choice" and that gets me through just about every day as I look into what the future may hold for me. So many things are unknown, but what I do know is you get in life what you want by helping people get what they want. Simple, yet so true and powerful.

So hopefully I get to be a part of your journey and maybe play a part, large or small, in helping you achieve health, happiness and a piece of mind knowing the best is yet to come for you and us as a team. Thank you for your time and keep growing.
